About the role Ready to make a real impact?
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change.
You'll provide strategic advice, coach our leaders, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, both internal policies and a range of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA's).
Your innovative solutions will help us achieve our business goals and create a thriving workplace, ultimately aiming for the best possible environment for staff and patients.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior leadership team.
You'll leverage your expertise to address a variety of HR challenges, including industrial relations, performance management, and organisational change.
What your day to day may look like – you'll be out and about across Eastern Health sites, meeting with department heads, managers, and key stakeholders.
Together, you'll work through solutions to workforce challenges, offer tailored advice on employee relations and help guide leaders through complex HR scenarios.
You'll be the trusted advisor to your client groups.
About you Do you have the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that make you a valuable problem-solver?
You'll be able to quickly build trust with your stakeholders and provide them with the guidance they need to succeed.
In addition: Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or other related discipline Ability to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective member of a team Proven track record in providing Human Resource and Employee Relations advice in a complex organisation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated Leadership skills Excellent interpersonal skills Innovative and lateral thinking Self-motivation Enthusiasm, energy and drive Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
