You will also ideally possess a degree, providing you with the foundational knowledge to excel in this role.If you're ready to bring your A-game to a workplace that not only values your individuality but also recognises and appreciates your talents and expertise, we can't wait to welcome you to the P&C Team at Goodwin.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProviding a range of HR services to support a broad range of operational and project-based delivery in this role will include:Supporting a full remit of generalist HR activities across the employee lifecycle for a portfolio of 725+ people. This includes onboarding through to offboarding, Employee Relations, IR cases and coaching / partnering on performance management, employee development and related matters.Confidence to challenge the status quo when needed, always with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.Fostering strong positive relationships with Business Unit Managers, identifying opportunities to partner and engage in support of a changing and growing business.We will be looking for the following areas of experience and capability:Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in human resources.Relevant tertiary qualifications would be nice but not required.End-to-end HR generalist experience gained within operational, blue-collar environments - ideally with regionally dispersed stakeholder groups.Mid-Level Industrial Relations demonstrated experience including multiple concurrent HR matters with analytical skills to research, gather and analyse information.Experience and desire to support operational leadership teams and can demonstrate a positive and forward-thinking approach.Strong coaching mindset and a demonstrated ability to build proactive and strategic partnerships with leadership teams.Negotiation and administrative skills of a high level.IT skills in MS Office suite that are strong and varied.Organisation, time management and multi skilling experience that is top notch as this role has lots to balance!Goodwin is a fantastic place to work!When you choose to work at Goodwin, you are choosing to be part of a multi-award winning, quality aged care provider team!Goodwin Aged Care Services Ltd (Goodwin) has been caring for people in Canberra and the surrounding NSW region since 1954.
