Role Overview As an HR Advisor at Tritium, you will be an essential part of our four-person head office HR team and contribute to our broader global HR efforts. You will have the autonomy to oversee daily HR operations, while tackling complex challenges with the support of your collaborative team. Key Responsibilities HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks and ensure seamless service delivery by leveraging Employment Hero, our HR Information System, to streamline administrative functions.Engagement & Culture: Develop and lead programs that boost employee engagement and foster a culture aligned with Tritium's transformative goals.Professional Growth: Research and deploy solutions to HR challenges while being supported by an experienced team. Take advantage of opportunities to build and refine HR practices.System Management: Administer Employment Hero, overseeing contracts, maintaining employee records, managing yearly HR processes, and addressing ad hoc requests efficiently.What You'll Bring Experience: 1-2 years in an HR role, with proven skills in independent problem-solving and project management.Skills: Strong communication, exceptional problem-solving, and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.Mindset: A proactive approach to leveraging technology, with experience or a keen willingness to master Employment Hero and other HR systems.Character: An engaging personality with a passion for fostering a supportive, dynamic workplace culture.
