People & Culture Advisor (Fifo)

Dynamic HR professional sought for Fly-In-Fly-Out Operations team at Roy Hill Village. Partner with site leadership to drive People & Culture activities, manage employee relations, and foster a positive operational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR and safety guidance across the employee lifecycle.Collaborate with recruitment, training, and other internal teams to drive operational excellence.Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.Implement ISS P&C programs, such as training and performance appraisals.Champion a positive, inclusive, and safe operational culture.Minimum Criteria:
