About Aligned Leisure Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond's health, fitness and leisure business activities.
Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

This Coordinator will ensure the efficient administration of people, compliance and contract functions for Aligned Leisure in Manningham.
They will ensure adherence to legislation, contracts and policy, working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
They will oversee all people systems, especially recruitment, onboarding, rostering, time, attendance, payroll and qualifications.
They will monitor and report on Aligned Leisure's contract compliance and business plan progress.
The Coordinator will work across all departments and locations in Manningham.
The Coordinator will work relentlessly to deliver on the Aligned Leisure purpose of CONNECTING TO THRIVE AND WIN.
They will ensure the entire team work within our values, behaviours and service standards model.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience and qualifications in business, finance or human resources The role requires very high levels of organisation and attention to detail The position will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks such as a Police Check and must maintain a current working with children check The successful applicant must hold or be willing to attain first aid and CPR qualifications PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships Creative, inspiring, energetic and motivational High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Disciplined in managing the varied components of this role Fiercely relentless when it comes to maintaining compliance across all areas Strong ability to manage and work autonomously Understands/enjoys the leisure industry and is motivated to serve Aligned Leisure The ability to make strategic decisions as well as execute operational requirements
