Role Summary: The People & Capability Data Coordinator role is anopportunity in our P&C Systems & Analytics Team based atour Head Office in the Perth CBD. This role is being offered as aPermanent Part-Time (37.5 hours per fortnight) role.
The P&C Data Coordinator is accountable for people datamaintenance specifically organisational changes and updates anddata integrity and compliance; SAP HCM Systems enhancements andtroubleshooting; and managing the HR Inbox.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in SAPHCM and troubleshoot any SAP HCM queries and issues includingthose with Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) processes.Ensure compliance with data privacy, ring fencing and othercompliance requirements for Synergy's people data; andimplement data quality controls to minimise errors anddiscrepancies.Manage the HR inbox triaging and prioritising queriesacross P&C.Provide ad hoc administrative support to the P&C teamas required.What you'll bring: Business Administration or similar OR equivalent experiencein a similar role.Proven experience in data management or a similar role.Familiarity with different platforms and data reportingtools.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential informationwith discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.Ability to think systemically.What we offer: Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:
