People and Culture Manager (Part Time) Are you an experienced People and Culture Manager looking for a greenfield, part time role?
This could be a great opportunity for you.
Part Time (Open to 3 days or 4 day).
Onsite Presence required, with flexible working hours Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 inclusive of superannuation FTE The Opportunity Tandem Partners are currently partnering with a well-established, family owned business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Given a period of growth in recent years, they are now seeking a Part Time People and Culture Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
As they continue to grow, they are focused on investing in their people and enhancing leadership capability across the organization, making this an exciting time to join the team.
The Role As a People and Culture Manager, you will take ownership of the full HR function, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
You will work closely with the quality team to ensure OH&S practices are in place and safe working conditions are maintained.
While the business has basic HR policies and processes in place, there is still plenty of room for growth, giving you the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives like embedding company values into the culture and driving leadership capability uplift.
Key Responsibilities: Full generalist HR responsibilities, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Work with the quality team to ensure compliance with OH&S standards.
Drive strategic projects, including leadership development and embedding company values into the culture.
Ensure compliance with award conditions and manage employee records.
Develop and implement training and development programs across the business.
About You: Previous experience in a People and Culture Manager or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a small to medium-sized organization.
HR qualification or related degree preferred but not essential.
Experience working within a family-owned business highly regarded.
Strong HR Generalist skillset with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Hands-on approach with the ability to also work strategically.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence.
