Their commitment to providing quality disability care services has established them as leaders in their field in Australia. Located at a beautiful head office in Jandakot, this client offers flexibility and site travel options.DescriptionKey Priorities for the P&C ManagerBuild Trust and Credibility: Focus on building trust and credibility with operational stakeholders.Upskill Operational Leaders: Empower leaders to manage performance and accountability independently.Update Policies and Procedures: Maximise the utilisation of Employment Hero, including enhancement of reporting, performance metrics, insights.Enhance Workplace Diversity: Foster a more inclusive culture to improve perceptions of HR and build a psychologically safe workplace.Additional RequirementsRecruitment Process Mapping: Streamline recruitment strategies and policies to attract and support future talent.Training and Development: Grow the L&D capability and implement "train the trainer" sessions across the sites (22).Workforce Planning and Talent Mapping: Collaborate on annual reviews and performance assessments with a focus on talent mapping.Workers Comp Management: Develop a policy for the workers compensation processes and hand over to third party provider.Compliance with Relevant Awards: Familiarity with awards (ideally SCHADS, Nurses, Health Professionals or Common Law).Cultural Shift: Support the ongoing journey towards a trust-based inclusive culture.Staff Wellbeing: Upskill and nurture the current P&C Advisor by promoting a supportive and positive work environment.Quality Management: Oversee client-related investigations, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.ProfileTo be successful as the 'People and Culture Manager', you will have:Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit industry.Knowledge of HR systems and databases (ideally Employment Hero).Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.A degree in Human Resources or related field is required.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 - $145,000 + salary sacrifice and superannuation.Flexible work arrangements promoting work-life balance.Opportunity to make a difference in a not-for-profit environment.This is a great opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Manager to make a significant impact in the disability sector.
