This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in professional services to grow with the support of our experienced HR consultant and make a tangible impact on our People and Culture strategy.What You'll Do:HR Administration: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, maintain our HRIS (Employment Hero), and manage consistent communication with employees and managers.Employee Relations: Assist with follow-up and aftercare for ER cases, helping to resolve issues with care and sensitivity.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across all levels, collaborating closely with our leadership team to influence positive outcomes.Advisory Growth: Begin stepping into strategic areas like EVP development, leadership coaching, and broader HR advisory work as your role expands.Support: Work alongside our fabulous HR consultant, who will provide oversight and guidance on P&C strategy, complex ER matters, and HR projects.What We're Looking For:Professional Services Experience: You have a background in HR in professional services and bring a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.Stakeholder Management Skills: You excel at building relationships and managing expectations with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
