You'll partner with managers to deliver tailored solutions in employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
By overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, you'll foster a positive workplace culture while navigating HR challenges.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and participate in P&C initiatives, programs, and projects that support workforce needs.Provide timely, professional advice to managers on employee relations and industrial relations matters.Support managers in addressing grievances, performance management, and other employee-related issues.Manage HR systems (Employment Hero) to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.Develop workforce planning strategies, including talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.Promote a culture aligned with company values, focusing on engagement, development, and safety.Assist managers in developing action plans to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.ABOUT YOU You're a results-driven People and Culture professional with a solid understanding of HR and industrial relations.
You excel at building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, offering proactive and practical solutions to P&C challenges.
Your ability to handle complex issues while fostering a positive, engaging work environment will ensure you make an impact.
To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 6 years' experience in a HR role, with 4+ years in a mix of professional and blue-collar environments.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholder personalities.You're a genuine 'people person' who naturally attracts others and effortlessly builds rapport.You have a strong focus on change management, innovation, and adapting processes and systems to meet the overall goals of the business.Possess an open mind, recognise the goals and perspectives of others, and focus on partnering with managers to meet broader business needs.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term internal and external partnerships.In-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Advanced IT skills, including experience with MS Office and HRIS (Employment Hero).The ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all situations.HOW TO APPLY This role requires exceptional communication and relationship building skills, so to stand out, CALL ME directly for a confidential discussion about your application.
