Add expected salary to your profile for insightsSt Andrews Lutheran College is an independent College with over 1400 ELC to Year 12 students across one campus and is located in the picturesque Tallebudgera Valley.The College is seeking a highly motivated and supportive full-time People and Culture Manager, to partner with the leadership team and support our 200+ employee community.Responsibilities include:Working with, implement, oversee and evaluate overall People and Culture strategies.Recommend and contribute to the delivery of effective employee relations solutions.Proven understanding, with the ability to interpret Enterprise Agreement and Awards in a highly detailed manner.Develop, review and evolve policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with relevant legislation changes.Provide specialised expert industrial relations advice through identifying key industrial relations risks and opportunities.Advise and train leadership team members in best employee relations practices.Present on employee related content through small-group facilitated sessions, or through one-on one mentoring.Provide HR support when required on Workforce Planning issues and optimisation.Assist with special projects as required.Desired Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a similar People & Culture generalist role, ideally in an education setting.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or another relevant field.Demonstrated discretion with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.High-level communication skills, particularly in the preparation and presentation of written material for complex matters.Demonstrate a calm and practical approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Highly resilient with strong drive and attention to detail.A collaborative team member commitment to working as part of a team in a high-performance culture.To view the position description please see our website.
