The Role We are seeking a culture catalyst who excels in driving organisational performance through enhanced people capability. We need an experienced and strategic Manager to partner with Senior leadership within the support office and foster and deliver a People Strategy and contribute positively towards our client's culture. Your day to day Work closely with the Chief People Officer to drive transformational change, accountability and efficiencies across the Support Office.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Executive and Senior Leaders assisting them to achieve their business objectives through the provision of professional advice and coaching.Partner with the specialist people support teams to ensure solution are developed and available for support team needs and requirements.Support Leaders in developing and evolving organisational design solutions for functional support teams that enable the business to achieve strategic goals and objectives.Ensure the effective delivery of the performance cycle through working closely with the capability team on design, coaching leaders, and team on maximising performance discussions, and ensuring performance plans are regularly reviewed and delivered upon.Analyses exit data and people metric data to formulate strategies to support team engagement and performance.Provide performance support and guidance to leaders, promoting a proactive approach to the management of team members and improving performance.Provide guidance to leaders ensuring issues including grievances, and complaints areeffectively managed and resolved ensuring leaders are accountable for identification and ongoing management of underperformance and disciplinary cases.About You 5 + years of Generalist Human Resource experienceStakeholder management and proven business partnering abilities leading businesses through change and transformationProven ability to build a high-performance culture through organisation design and culture initiativesExperience working in a fast paced, multi-site organisationProfessional integrity and confidentialityExcellent time management and organisational skillsA data-savvy mindset to drive decisions with metrics and insightsExceptional communication and relationship building skillsThe ability to balance strategy with heart and humour with hustle!Why this role?
