Rapidly growing 120+ person Australian owned, multiple rolesAttractive salary package, flexible working hoursAbout the RoleAs the People & Culture (P&C) Manager, you will join a small HR and Recruitment team and collaborate with the Executive Team to provide strategic P&C advice and support the day-to-day delivery of services. You will be instrumental in shaping leadership, talent, and the work environment to drive high performance and growth.With a strong focus on delivering pragmatic and agile P&C and HR solutions and services to the enterprise, ultimately driving a high performance and capability-building culture, you will deliver customer focused services and solutions through the provision of expert strategic and operational advice. You will engender trust and confidence by setting high standards of behavioural integrity, encourage openness to innovative and adaptive approaches to solutions, and offer a contemporary P&C service to the enterprise.Underpinned by a demonstrated track record of success, you will be a forward-thinking, collaborative and influential leader with superior interpersonal communication skills, and offer a tailored, considerate and value focused approach to partnering across various levels throughout the business.Essential Knowledge and Skills:Drive our people engagement strategy and create a high-performance culture, ensuring we are promoting diversity and inclusion in our enterprise.Coach and mentor leaders on performance management.Lead employee development and learning initiatives.Create & implement P&C best practices including ensuring risks are identified, managed and monitored in accordance with the Risk Management Appetite.Contribute to business transformation, change management, and systems integration.Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance including IR matters.To be considered, candidates will have:While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, an undergraduate or higher degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly regarded alongside a Change Management qualification.Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and resilient culture.Extensive experience in providing expert P&C and HR advice and management across employment engagement, talent development, and workforce planning.Proficiency across all People & Culture disciplines including; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, maintaining policies and procedures, industrial relations and change management.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Discretion and confidentiality in handling people matters.Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to organisational growth.Passionate about coaching and developing managers in all things P&C and HR.Be self-directed with exceptional organisational skills to meet competing deadlines.Security ClearanceApplicants are required to be Australian Citizens and be eligible to hold and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
