They serve as a trusted advisor on various people-related issues, such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Utilising data-driven insights and industry best practices, this multifaceted role supports the navigation of complex business challenges, implements effective people solutions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal compliance.Implement and oversee People & Culture services, solutions, and programs to enhance performance, productivity, and diversity and inclusion.Analyse People data to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and key indicators, driving data-driven decision-making.Manage risk related to employee relations, compliance, and organizational practices, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.Support and develop managers and teams, aligning People initiatives with business strategy and values.Contribute to group projects and change initiatives, ensuring the implementation of HR best practices and quality standards.About you:This role would be suitable for a candidate with significant experience within a HR Generalist or Business Partnering position.Proven knowledge of HR policies, practices, generalist HR trends, best practices, and current employment legislation, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with modern developments in the field.Ability to build and manage relationships, influence senior management, and effectively communicate across multiple channels.A coaching qualification and or experience of coaching techniques throughout all activities to facilitate development of stakeholders would be highly desirable.Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.How to Apply:If you are looking for an opportunity to play a vital role in a fast-growing Australian Technology company and be part of our amazing team, please submit your resume and cover letter by clicking Apply.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
