As a People and Culture Advisor at Swyftx, you will deliver a high level of service to all stakeholders, with a focus on effective and contemporary people management solutions. You will support and coach the business in collaboration with the broader P&C Team to contribute to the wider organisational strategy, and present solutions to Leaders that enable positive people outcomes. To excel in this role, you'll be passionate about people and enjoy hands-on involvement in all aspects of people and culture. This is a true generalist role. You thrive in a fast paced environment, and have a proven track record building relationships and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include: P&C Advisory: Provide accurate and timely advice and support to team members at all levels on a range of People and Culture mattersPolicy and Process Development: Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and adoption of P&C policies, processes, guidelines, presentations, and training content.People Projects: Plan, implement, and drive the success of cyclical and ad hoc P&C projects, such as remuneration and benefit-related incentives, and employee engagement initiatives.Systems Management: Act as a superuser and promoter for P&C systems, including HRIS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms.Culture Champion:Act as a champion for the Swyftx values and develop initiates that strengthen and reinforce the Swyftx culture.Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Recruitment: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment.To ensure success in this role, you should possess: Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field, along with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar commercial role.A passion for delivering high-level service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit varying audiences.A detail-oriented approach, demonstrating great care and attention in all aspects of work.Demonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.Some of our perks and benefits include: Unlimited fee-free tradingCareer growth, training, mentorship, and development opportunitiesSocial activities, game breaks and recognition awardsFully stocked kitchen, breakfast and lunch foods, unlimited fresh fruit, snacks and kombuchaWeekly catered lunches on a WednesdayAt Swyftx, we're not just building a diverse and dynamic environment; we're celebrating it.
