About the role Our People and Culture team are looking for a People and Culture Adviser, with proven experience in coordinating and delivering programs, events and initiatives to join their team.

The role will support various functions of the People and Culture team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across our organisation.
As the People and Culture Adviser, you will be a true generalist, playing a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of projects, whilst also supporting the rollout of high-quality initiatives and programs for People and Culture.
On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:
Providing high level administrative and logistics support for programs and events (e.g.
organising room bookings and catering, liaising with external providers, sending calendar invitations and emails, and updating project plans).Acting as a point of contact for participants undertaking our diversity programs or supporting graduate cohorts and initiatives.Responsible for all tasks related to program initiatives, including documentation preparation, communications, coordination, and reporting.Building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to support the delivery of the People & Culture portfolio.Involvement in a variety of tasks – working with cross-functional teams to support delivery of Diversity and Employment Programs.The role is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $95,102 and $107,905 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangements (a mix of office and home/remote based working).
The office you will be working from is in Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them.
In People and Culture, the team's anchor day is Wednesday with the freedom to pick your second office day to suit your schedule.
The team is highly collaborative, coming together for P&C team planning days and social events throughout the year.

Let's get technical – what skills do we expect you to have?
Experience in administration, coordination or delivery of programs, events and initiatives.
Someone who is detail orientated and methodical will be valued as part of our team!Experience working with and completing administrative tasks for technology platforms (i.e.
SharePoint, CultureAmp etc) as well as presentation and reporting experience will be highly regarded but not mandatory.A basic understanding of People and Culture and corporate functions.At LXRP we embrace diversity and inclusion.
