Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing People reporting, insights and analysis for the Chief People Officer and Group ExecutiveLeading the development of an emerging People reporting, analytics and insights team at WorleyManaging a small Worley Team and collaborating with Shared Service partners to deliver towards the People Reporting Strategy and RoadmapConsulting with internal customers regarding availability of global People data, including recommendation of appropriate data usage, existing data quality and risks associated with dataIdentifying trends and major findings from the data, developing detailed reporting, clearly articulating analysis findings and developing executive summaries to highlight analysis results for audience up to Group Executive levelResearch best-in-class HR analytics visualizations, industry themes and trends to provide guidance to the Business and ensure Worley is delivering reporting which meets industry standards and expectationsAggregating and correlating data from multiple sources in support of integrated, insightful findings to meet Business requirementsWith support of Subject Matter Experts and Business leadership in respective areas, developing specific recommendations and establishing criteria for KPIs to address Business focus areas, ensuring valid and reliable measures are being used to measure progress towards goalsIdentifying and implementing enhancements to report formats and processes, evaluating and updating criteria routinely and enhancing reporting to achieve continuous improvementImproving efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and distribution processes; ensure access model complies with applicable policies and proceduresCommunicating progress towards goals on Business KPIs, key milestones and success metrics, as determined by Subject Matter Experts, Business leadership and yourselfEnsure documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, dictionaries and mapping reference materials, training resources and other supporting documentation is maintained and published on a regular cadenceDelivering global People analytics in accordance with accepted standards, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
What you'll have Relevant experience in People Systems, Technology or Digital FunctionsUniversity degree in a related fieldGenuine enjoyment in developing a "story" with data and analytics; highly skilled in data visualization to communicate complex ideas simply and attractivelyAdvanced skillset in PowerBI (PowerQuery, DAX, Visualizations) and Excel (including PowerQuery)An ability to work independently and develop an approach/plan based on work assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities and critical areas of focusProven experience in leading, building and developing a small teamComfortable dealing with ambiguity and a changing environment and leading others through thisExperience working in a regional or global team and comfortable with flexible working hours.
