To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum: Demonstrated Human Resource Generalist experience as a trusted advisor.A strong customer-centric mindset.Experience with interpreting Enterprise Agreements, application of Human Resource policies and procedures and familiarity with Australian Working Right Laws.Solution-focused with attention to detail.Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and written communication and negotiation skills within a complex organisational environment.Proven ability in fostering positive customer relationships and displaying a customer-centric approach in problem-solving and decision-making.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering trust across a diverse range of stakeholders and ability to actively listen and empathize with Employees, People Leaders, Managers and stakeholder concerns.Demonstrated expertise in providing reliable and accurate information and a history of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.Desirable but not essential to have experience with HR Enquiry Management Systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, Workday and various communication tools.Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
