This small, well established services business requires a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Head office in Brisbane, reporting straight into the Australian Finance Controller.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the responsibilities of the role will include:
Consolidation of all end of month processing and drive month end close Good systems / ERP knowledge Preparation and review of financial statements / liaison with the auditors Processing of daily bank accounts, reconciliations, and transactions Preparation of monthly journals and general ledger About You
The successful applicant will be/have:
CA/CPA qualification or studying with strong technical accounting abilities Hands on and deadline driven Ability to pick up processes quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills In the first instance, please apply to this role ASAP.
