Information Technology and Services Sydney Contract Information Technology and Services 12/11/2024 $750-$800 p/d Pega Systems Administrator | 7 Month Contract | Up to $892/day inclusive of Super $750 - $800/day + super 7 Month Contract Parramatta / Hybrid About the Role    A large NSW Government organisation is seeking a Pega Systems Administrator to provide technical administration and leadership to customers on products, systems and configuration.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support.
Monitor, analyse and report on systems performance.
Key accountabilities include: Manage, monitor, and analyse performance of Pega environments, including the Pega Diagnostic Centre (PDC).
Troubleshoot technical issues using monitoring tools to optimise system uptime and performance.
Handle user and access management, overseeing roles, permissions, and security controls within the Pega platform.
Perform basic Pega rule-based coding for small updates and adjustments.
Investigate and resolve technical incidents and support application transitions.
Apply Pega hotfixes and liaise with Pega's technical support teams, providing necessary technical details.
About You Strong understanding of Pega environment management and diagnostic tools.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and system monitoring for optimal performance.
Competence in user and access management for secure operations within Pega.
Familiarity with Pega rule-based coding for implementing minor updates.
Experience in incident management and technical support.
