To meet this demand, we are growing our AI Led Customer Decisioning team and are looking for Pega 1:1 Customer Engagement specialists. In this role you will be a key member in shaping, designing, and delivering Pega Customer Decisioning programs, while playing vital role in building the AI Led Customer Decisioning practice.You will have an opportunity to play multiple roles across a career trajectory ranging from strategy / planning, solution architecture delivery, functional to technology alignment, business/stakeholder engagement and delivery management.You are someone with:4+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience (Decisioning Framework and Architecture, Propositions Management and Building, Next Best Action Designer, Campaign Management – Inbound and Outbound, Big Data Platforms, Customer Data Platforms), to include Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.2+ year(s) experience delivering complex Marketing/CVM engagements with team members in multiple locationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.Preferred:Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements AND link specific business requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities.Ability to collaborate and communicate well with teams across multiple workstreams such as IT, Marketing, Data, Digital, Customer Value Management etc.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (ie: MS PowerPoint).Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAn advanced degree in the area of specialization.You will typically be part of or responsible for leading or participating in Pega Decisioning squad on a large client project. You will need a range of skills from interviewing client stakeholders, capturing business problem statements, leading client workshops, designing, building, and implementing Pega Decisioning solutions, and communicating the impact of your results to your clients.
