They are looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of the Dev Team!
What do you need? Start-up attitude .NET Core Mobile development experience MAUI or React Native (Currently using MAUI but will be migrating to React Native) React.js AWS Lead/Principle level Developer What will you do? Leading the Development Team: Oversee and mentor a team of developers, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration, code quality, and adherence to best practices. Architecting and Designing Solutions: Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions, making technical decisions that align with the company's vision and goals. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and guiding the team in testing and debugging. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver timely solutions. Driving Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and technologies, advocate for process improvements, and foster an environment of innovation and ongoing learning within the team. Salary : They offer an excellent salary of $160,000 + Super.
