Salary: Executive Level 1 - $110,788.00 and $129,928.00 plus 15.4% super (part time pro-rata)

Department Overview: The Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Section supports the automation of business process management (BPM) for the Department of Home Affairs via the delivery of ICT business solutions on enterprise-wide strategic platforms. These strategic Pega Platforms for Home Affairs facilitate the streamlining and automation of repeatable business activities, allowing staff to reallocate their time to perform more valuable tasks.
The Section achieves its goals through:
The establishment and ongoing management of strategic enterprise-wide platforms for the Department The delivery of enterprise capability (applications) to support strategic business solutions The promotion of enterprise-wide quality engineering through Pega Best Practice design guidance The development of internal capability and provision of training for the Pega community across the Department. Role Responsibilities: The EBS BAU/Project Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for the quality of the end-to-end product and overall delivery process for the Pega Platforms and applications. Responsibilities include:
Working closely with Business System Owners and Technical Stakeholders to prioritize delivery requirements and mitigate risks. Managing the deployment and maintenance of the Pega Platforms infrastructure and applications. Planning, implementing, controlling, and reviewing Pega platforms service provision to meet client business requirements. On-call work will be required for this role in addition to business hours coverage. Key Duties: Work with Home Affairs business areas to understand requirements and develop a work program. Manage a team of technical staff to deliver a successful maintenance and enhancement program. Coordinate the development of detailed system designs and strategies for program coding. Ensure compliance with Home Affairs ICT standards. Manage service levels and ensure suppliers fulfill their contracted SLA requirements. Provide expert advice and education to stakeholders on change release management.
