PCR Building Services is a family-owned business operating throughout Rural NSW. We are seeking an Insurance Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting property damages, preparing and submitting detailed reports, scope of works, and costings. This role involves managing the repair process in line with scope and budget, maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders, coordinating procurement of trades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and contractors. Responsibilities: Inspect properties and prepare and submit reports, scope of works, and costings to clients. Select subcontractors, schedule works, and oversee projects through to completion, providing updates to stakeholders. Manage project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality while meeting deadlines and KPIs. Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and WHS regulations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors. Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all staff involved in the project. To be successful in this role, you must have: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
