About the roleJoin Our Team as a Payroll Test Analyst!
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and driving accuracy?
As a Payroll Test Analyst, you will play a key role in making sure our Kronos rules align with agreements and awards, ensuring seamless payroll processing across our national network.
In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise in user experience, systems integration, and user acceptance testing to build and test Kronos rules.
You will be responsible for identifying project integration risks, conducting thorough end-to-end testing, and creating detailed test plans and load testing strategies.
Your work will help maintain strong service level agreements and ensure our payroll systems meet the highest standards.
Reporting to the Payroll Systems Manager, you will focus on ensuring accurate rule interpretations and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Your efforts will support various business streams, from Public and Private Hospitals to Aged Care and Community Services, each with unique needs.

Your main duties will include:Identify and implement strategies to improve payroll efficiency, including system automation, risk management, and employee skill development.Assist in creating test plans, workload models, and load testing techniques; prepare documentation for rule interpretation and maintain effective service level agreements.Identify project integration risks and ensure thorough end-to-end testing.Maintain strong knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.Support Payroll Managers in implementing process changes and improvements.Represent Payroll on core workforce and people system projects.Implement payroll methodologies, prepare reports, and provide tools to support the team.Provide regular process improvement updates to key stakeholders.Collaborate with the payroll team and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and mitigate risks.Stay updated on industry payroll practices through networking and forums, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.About youAnalytical Thinking – You effectively gather information, analyze problems, make sound judgments, and develop appropriate solutions.
