Payroll Team Lead

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Team Lead to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and direction to the Payroll Partners, ensuring an efficient and accurate payroll service in line with governance and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have the chance to work collaboratively with various teams, contribute to business continuity planning, and drive change and innovation across payroll processing.What you'll do:Provide effective leadership to ensure a highly motivated and productive teamSupport the Head of Payroll in managing end-to-end payroll service deliveryEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing in weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cyclesIdentify ways of effectively delivering services, initiatives, communications, and risk management plansWork with the Payroll team to identify operational improvement initiativesProvide ad hoc reports to stakeholders as requiredWhat you bring:Minimum of 5+ years End to End payroll processing experienceProven experience in a leadership role within a customer service environmentDemonstrated experience working within Kronos/Dimensions (UKG), ServiceNow SuccessFactors systemsAdvanced proficiency in use of ExcelHigh attention to detail and ability to manage data accuratelyStrong communicator with the ability to influence and liaise with people from all functions across the businessAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Ryan Frampton on for a confidential discussion.About the jobContract Type: PermanentSpecialism: Accountancy & FinanceFocus: PayrollSalary: AUD100,000 - AUD120,000 per annumSalary: AUD90 - AUD92 per hour + exclusive benefits programmeCome join our global team of creative thinkers, problem solvers and game changers.
