Your Impact We are seeking Payroll Specialists with specialised expertise in ADP Payforce systems to join our HR Services team. You will be a part of a team responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of payroll for all Asahi employees while ensuring seamless integration with third-party financial institutions.
Your proficiency in ADP Payforce systems will help drive the payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the payroll cycle. Your contributions will directly enhance both the internal and external customer experience, ensuring high-quality payroll services.
This is a 12-month contract role Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process payroll transactions in a timely manner.Manage payroll activities for new hires, terminations, promotions, and status changes.Prepare and generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management with professionalism and precision.Assist with payroll audits and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly, ensuring smooth operations.About You We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in large-volume, end-to-end payroll processing, who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Extensive experience and expertise working with ADP Payforce systems is compulsory.Strong background in large-scale payroll processing from start to finish.Demonstrated experience, understanding and application of relevant industry Awards as it relates to payroll, leave management and related HR regulatory requirements.Exceptional written communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in all payroll-related interactions.Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
