There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.What you'll do:Supporting Customers on our technology platformsManagement of the Rostering and Portal support queueLiaising with Customers via email, phone and web sessions to help resolve their queriesTroubleshooting system-based issues with a goal of finding a resolutionDeveloping user guides and video tutorials to provide additional support to customersSupporting our Internal teams on our technology platformsHelping onshore and offshore team members troubleshoot system-based issues with a particular focus on the HumanForce & WorkForce Rostering systems, DEEL platform, and the IWS PortalDeveloping user guides and video tutorials to provide additional support to our Internal teamSystem Configuration, testing and optimisationSupporting the implementation of new customers on the systems we service them on.Account creation and configuration (WorkForce, HumanForce, and IWS Portal)New development testing to identify bugsSystem optimisation with the goal of making things easier for our team and our customersSystem TrainingTraining our internal teams on new modules/features which are released through our PortalTraining new customers on our Rostering and Portal systemsTraining existing customers on new modules/features which are released into our PortalSkills and Experience Required:2+ years' experience delivering customer support and training on technology-based applicationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills - able to seek and convey information clearly and succinctlyTechnology savvy – able to demonstrate expert levels of prior systems usage and administrationGood time management – able to prioritise and manage high volume workloadPatient and empatheticMaintains a positive attitude through periods of changeOpen communication with internal team members and business operations to help optimize and support workflowsYou are a flexible team player, and enjoy working on a diverse teamEnjoy teaching others, be it a customer or a colleagueCustomer obsessed and had significant experience building customer relationshipsDriven, think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environmentExperience with Human Force preferred but not required.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
