About Our Client Operating within the financial services sector, our client is a genuine household name. They have a fantastic workplace culture and are investing heavily in their payroll compliance function. This is a full-time role requiring 1-2 days in the office per week and 3-4 days from home. Our client is also open to candidates based out of Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide. There will also be an opportunity for a permanent conversion pending successful performance.
Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll Compliance, your role will include:
Assist with the development and implementation of analysis and remediation approach, including in connection with risk reporting, quality assurance.Meet delivery timeframes and identify and communicate any potential slippages to the leadership team as soon as possible.Contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll governance in alignment with HRIS implementation activities, and interim compliance opportunities and requirements, to ensure our people are paid correctly.Analyse payroll data (quantitative and qualitative) to determine and validate actionable insights by reference to initial external data analytics results, in context of regulatory framework and payroll governance assurance activities.Provide insights on emerging workforce and payroll trends and issues.Contribute to the development of Payroll methodologies and approach.The Successful Applicant We are seeking candidates with direct payroll remediation experience.
