This is your opportunity to deliver key payroll projects to strengthen governance and improve payroll service delivery.
We have one fixed term, full time (75hrs p/f) position as Payroll Project Manager available until November 2025 with the possibility of further terms.
Whilst this role is full time, the Department may consider part time and/or job share arrangements for the right candidate(s).
As Payroll Project Manager, you will assist in managing the day-to-day payroll operations by planning, tracking, progressing and reporting on payroll projects and systems.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Applying project management methodologies to support strategic planning and developmentDeveloping and maintaining program plans and performance reporting for coordinated oversight, resource management and delivery of the payroll team's services and project prioritiesProvide guidance, direction and support to the payroll team and various internal and external stakeholdersApplicants with project and program management experience in the context of payroll operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
