Payroll Officer Micropay

Our Recruitment division is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the supply of Payroll staff, with a particular focus on payroll professionals who are experienced with our own software MicrOpay Meridian.
The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent position.
Our client, needs payroll cover from November until end of Feb 2025 work 3 days per fortnight on Friday, Monday and Tuesday processing payroll for 90 staff using MicrOpay in a standalone payroll position. 
Duties:  
Maintain employee master files on MicrOpay to ensure employee personal particulars are accurateAssist and support in providing reports to relevant managers on payroll information including budgets, Annual leave, other leave and Intercompany reports etc. Assist with the calculation and payment of termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy) when required. Provide timely and professional advice to managers and staff regarding pay enquiries.Conduct filing for Payroll purposes and maintain payroll filing system and current employee files in an accurate and orderly manner including archiving.You will need:
Extensive payroll experience
Strong MicrOpay experience is essential
A strong attention to detail
Excellent Communication skills
