Job Description The Payroll Officer will be responsible for: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis Process time sheets and calculate wages Handle tax, superannuation payments, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Address employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and related matters Liaise with the finance department for payroll reporting and audits Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payments The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must have: Minimum of 3 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll Experience with Employment Hero software (desired but not essential) Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation processes Ability to work independently and manage the entire payroll process without supervision Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills for addressing employee inquiries and collaborating with internal departments Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines consistently What's on Offer On offer for the successful candidate: On-site parking Attractive salary package Opportunity for contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr
