Working alongside the Payroll Manager, this role will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of payroll systems and processes, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction and overall success of the businessKey Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination of the entire payroll function (AU and NZ)Ensure legislative complianceAssist in the submission of Single Touch Payroll (STP)Support the management of superannuation, payroll tax, and work coverMaintain payroll system and data integrityHandle payroll queries and provide professional, customer-oriented service to employeesReconciliation and reportingProcessing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustmentsKey Requirements and Skills:1-2 years demonstrated experience in a similar roleExperience using IChris desirableStrong deductive reasoning, logic, analytical and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to juggle conflicting priorities; strong time managementAbility to identify areas for continuous improvementKnowledge of payroll legislationBenefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
