As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance for a multi-site organization.
Responsibilities include:
Processing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and addressing pay-related inquiries.Assisting with superannuation payments and ensuring legislative compliance.Improving payroll systems, managing rosters, and providing training on payroll software.Supporting reporting, business planning, and policy development within the payroll function.What we're looking for: 2–3 years of experience in a computerized payroll environment, ideally in a large organization.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.Experience with Chris 21 is a plus.Make a difference while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.
