Job Description Accurate weekly processing of a high-volume payroll function in line with company policies.Handling payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax, superannuation, and employment legislation.Maintaining up-to-date records of employee working hours and leave balances.Assisting in the preparation of end-of-month financial statements.Coordinating with human resources to ensure correct employee data.Performing other related duties whilst reporting directly to the finance manager.The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Officer should have:
