YOUR ROLEAs part of the Group, People, Performance, and Reputation division, you will lead the Australian payroll function, delivering high-quality, compliant, accurate, and timely payroll services. Your role ensures a seamless and positive payroll experience for IAG's Australian employees by aligning with agreed service levels, legislative requirements, and IAG's policies and processes. This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).ABOUT YOUProven experience leading and managing a payroll function and team in a large complex organisation.Extensive experience with ADP and/or SAP payroll systems.Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance.In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.Capability to optimise payroll processes using data-driven insights.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.Applications close – Friday 17 January 2025 at 23:59 AEDT.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
