Job DescriptionWorking for this ASX listed service organisation will enable and support you to step into the Payroll Manager position.
Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for the payroll function including 2 reports.
The organisation prides itself on the super quality of the service provision and provides superior offices and the opportunity for Hybrid working.
Responsibilities:Oversee a number of weekly and monthly payrolls across 4 entitiesLead a team of 2 payroll officersInterpret the awards to ensure changes are complied withEnsure integrity of all master data and recordsHandle escalated queriesManage PAYGHandle STP reportingOversee third party paymentsConduct all reporting and reconciliationsThe successful person will have leadership experience, perhaps in an unofficial capacity, and is ready to take on the title and full responsibility of payroll and its related payments.
It will suit someone ready to step up into the role and demonstrate their ability.
You will be fully supported and mentored by the CFO to ensure a successful transition.
On offer is a salary of $110,000 + superannuation, hybrid working, excellent support into the role, and a great opportunity to take on a leadership role.
