About the Role
• Lead and coach a high performing payroll team
• Managing end-to-end payroll operations including processing compliance, tax, and annual reporting
• Drive continuous process improvements to optimise systems and payroll strategy
• Resolving complex payroll issues and providing strategic insights and solutions to key stakeholders

Skills & Experience
• Experience working in a large matrix organisation
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on leadership
• Experience managing large volumes of payroll processing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership
