About the role:
Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer the Payroll Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day payroll operations along with the leadership of the payroll team. Your key duties will include:
Supervise and mentor team members
Responsible for leading the day-to-day work activities for the team
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as required
Implement and maintain internal controls related to processes
Conduct periodic audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance
About you:
10+ of experience in payroll along with solid and demonstrated experience in managing a team
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and highly developed leadership skills
Experience using large softwares
Adaptability during periods of organisational change
Full and unlimited Australian working rights
