Payroll Manager

Company Description This client has a rich history in Australia and employs a workforce of 1k professionals across various states.
They are a NFP making a difference in peoples lives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and upskill a small payroll team of 2 Oversee a fortnightly payroll of 1k+ employees Oversee and implement process changes and improvements Lead projects of payroll review and compliance checks Utilize and leverage Tech One, Tambla, and AlayaCare, for efficient payroll management Ensure alignment with EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) and compliance with relevant awards, SCHADs Handle Single Touch Payroll (STP), tax, superannuation, etc.
About You Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll with a proven track record of managing or mentoring a small team Experience with Tech One is an advantage but not mandatory Experience working in a NFP or on the SCHADs award would be ideal You will have a passion for and experience in managing projects  A team player with a can-do attitude Benefits Salary range $110k - $120k + Salary Packaging + Super 2-3 days working from home per week  Engaging and rewarding work environment This role will suit someone in a team leader or management position looking to manage a small team, manage system upgrades and upcoming projects.
