This highly desirable business to work for are currently searching for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.

This role will report directly to a talented CFO and work closely with HR and an outsourced payroll provider.

With open plan, modern offices, this Payroll Manager role provides the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
The Role This is a role that will come with excellent exposure across the enterprise and your Payroll Manager duties will include but will not be limited to: Playing a crucial role in owning and managing end-to-end payroll processes across corporate, stores and warehouses in conjunction with an outsourced payroll partner Contribute to the delivery of an effective, professional and customer-focused payroll service Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, along with compliance with relevant legislation Provide support to staff regarding payroll enquiries, onboarding, offboarding, superannuation payments, management of personnel files, reporting and month-end / year-end reconciliations Assist finance and HR by developing and providing spreadsheets for salary review and end-of-year bonuses Provide payroll data for budgeting and forecasting purposes Work with Operations Manager and Business Consultants to implement payroll improvements Develop high-quality and accurate reports as requested and within specified timeframes and provide them to the CFO, CEO, Executives or the Board when required.
