As an Implementations Consultant, you will solve complex business problems for our customers through implementing RDY software. Your role is incredibly important in helping RDY achieve its goal of building advocacy and delivering world class customer satisfaction by implementing quality projects on time
Youwill get to: Engage with our customers to understand their business processes
Drive assigned implementation projects from start to 'go live'
Attend project meetings and provide proactive customer contact throughout the processCollaborate with the Development team to implement customer specific rulesTake ownership of project administration, including data migration, scheduling and timeline management, updating internal systems and tracking activities and progressDeliver targeted system training (onsite, face-to-face, group and online)Take responsibility for customer queries via calls and emails during the project transitionProvide comprehensive handovers to the Customer Support Team after the transition period is completeAdd your valuable insight and experience into how to develop and grow the role and team
