Salary Package $156,000 (inclusive of superannuation)SPICAE Pty LtdSPICAE is a growing management consulting business, committed to delivering tangible, measurable and sustainable performance improvement to clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant with a proven background in business and operational improvement to join our Australian team.Experience in manufacturing, international logistics, rail, utilities and government is essential. Previous management consulting experience is also highly desirable. The candidate must have at least 8 years' experience in at least two of these sectors.This is a fulltime position, and while based in Melbourne it does require extensive travel throughout Australia and overseas.You will have delivered successful outcomes with clients as a senior management consultant or in an internal management role. You will have achieved tangible, measurable performance improvement from complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
