About the role Randstad is currently partnered with an organisation in Colac who are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team.
In your role you will oversee all aspects of payroll, supported by a payroll officer.
The AssignmentImmediate start until April 2025 , Monday to Friday Opportunity to apply for the ongoing permanent role Colac office, 2-3 days office/Work from home $68-75/hr + superWhat you will haveRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in payroll, accounting, business, or HR.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver high-quality written reports.Excellent time management and ability to work independently, using initiative to meet objectives.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and implementing strategies and procedures.Extensive experience in payroll, including knowledge of relevant legislation and supervisory experience.What you will doManage the completion of payroll function including fortnightly pay runs as well as termination, annual paymentsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement for payroll software, processes and service proceduresProvide advice and support to staff in relation to award interpretation, agreements, legislation, including remuneration package calculations for staffProvide reporting to management and executive management as requiredPlease note the successful candidate must have or be willing to obtain an Australian police check and an Employee Working with children check.Don't delay your interest!
