About the Role:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Compliance Analyst to join our highly skilled and dedicated Payroll team.
Using your expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, and your skilled understanding in payroll practices and legislative requirements, you will play a key role in this newly created role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to maintain and manage compliance of the payroll processes and systems, as well as accuracy of payroll data.

With a key focus on payroll process improvements, payroll reporting and the ability to manage work within set timeframes, this role is a permanent opportunity that should not be missed!

Working in a company that cares for its people, and having access to hybrid working arrangements, our Payroll team is seeking an individual that has key payroll experience in medium to large organisations, a can do attitude, an eye of detail, and a team player.

What you'll deliver:

Ensure process compliance through accurate EFT payroll payments including cyclical and ad hoc payments

Reconcile and report for ATO via single touch payroll, and conduct general ledger clearings and reconciliations

Perform SAP and Success Factors bulk data system uploads including EBA increases

Prepare and calculate monthly and annual payroll tax, and annual work cover true-up and wage estimations

Manage system improvements and conduct system related UAT and PVT testings

Create and maintain relevant reporting

To succeed in this role you'll have:

Solid working experience in end to end payroll processing

A strong understanding of Australian payroll practices and legislative requirements

A proven record of managing multiple priorities and working to set time frames

Be a team player, with strong eye for detail and problem solving skills

High Excel skills and payroll reporting experience

Experience in SAP and/or SuccessFactors is preferred
