Operating in the residential housing market, supplying the complete range of height access equipment including ground up perimeter scaffold, light duty working platforms, guardrail, mobile scaffold and void protection to most of the leading builders in Greater Melbourne, Bellarine Peninsula and in Southeast Queensland.

The role: Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for managing payroll processing and performing a variety of accounting functions including ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation.

Some of your duties include but are not limited to: Process payroll (weekly), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings, superannuation contributions, and other statutory obligations.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts regularly.
About you: As an experienced payroll and accounts officer who has worked with Xero / MYBO (or a similar accounting software), you will be self-motivated, friendly, and a team player that is looking for longevity within a great team.
You will possess strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll legislation.
You are well versed within the MS office suite and administrative support is second nature to you!
