This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.Role:This role will see you work collaboratively across the project, interfacing directly with workforce employees, construction supervisors, and superintendents.
This role has the option to be either Part Time or Full Time.Responsibilities:Daily uploads of timesheets within the legislative EBA guidelinesWages reconciliation against gate entries and relevant databasesTimely resolution of payroll enquiriesOrdering and issuing of PPE clothingOnboarding and offboarding of employees into payroll systemsOther ad hoc administration duties as requiredRequired Skills and Competencies:Previous experience with MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and OutlookGreat attitude and initiativeStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood attention to detail and time managementApproachable and friendly demeanorIf you feel like you meet some or all of the above - Apply Now!We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
