Sourcefit is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator. This role will serve as the primary payroll liaison, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client's payroll for their employees across the United States and internationally.
Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity systems, the Payroll Administrator will work closely with both Human Resources and Finance to manage employee records, facilitate payroll-related updates, and provide payroll support to employees and management.
This position may ultimately report under either the HR or Finance department, depending on organizational needs, and is critical to ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and international regulations, contributing to effective operations across departments.
The Payroll Administrator will also play a critical role in maintaining employee records and supporting organizational operations, while also contributing to other projects and activities as directed to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison for payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timely execution for U.S. and international employees.Collaborate with both Human Resources and Finance to implement, maintain, and review payroll policies and processes for alignment and efficiency.Coordinate with HR and Finance to manage payroll-related entries and updates, including employee life cycle transactions, pay rate adjustments, FLSA (or similar) status changes, and terminations.Review and reconcile timesheets, working with HR, Finance, managers, and employees to ensure accuracy in payroll entries.Enter, maintain, and process payroll information, including salaries, commissions, bonuses, time worked, paid leave, deductions, and other compensation data.Manage payroll changes for new hires, terminations, and other updates in ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity in collaboration with HR and Finance.Provide payroll data to ADP and Paylocity, including exception time, holiday premiums, bonuses, shift differentials, allowances, garnishments, and tax levies.Conduct payroll reporting and fulfill ad-hoc requests for payroll data from management.Facilitate audits by providing necessary records and documentation to auditors.Administer and maintain the Time and Attendance system and track employee time-off balances in coordination with HR and Finance.Review and reconcile out-of-pocket expenses, corporate credit card charges, and other business expenses to ensure accurate reimbursement to employees or collection of funds owed to the company.Support year-end payroll adjustments, including annual employee tax submissions and filings for U.S. and international employees.Calculate and process commissions, bonus payouts, and final paychecks in compliance with federal and international regulations.Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing tasks, including payroll journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation of payroll G/L accounts.Support the Concur Travel & Expense program and lead special payroll-related projects as needed.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and uphold privacy regulations.Perform periodic audits of payroll, expense reports, and HR records to ensure completeness and compliance.Additional Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.Track training completion and policy acknowledgments.Support HR compliance audits.Education and Experience: Minimum of three years of payroll experience.Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.Other Qualifications: Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity; familiarity with multi-state and international payroll processing.Proven experience of U.S. federal, state, and payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Demonstrated proficiency in international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to effectively partner with HR and Finance teams and handle payroll and expense-related inquiries for employees across multiple locations.Experience with corporate credit card reconciliation and processing employee reimbursements.Working knowledge of compensation, commissions, and benefits-related payroll entries.Excellent communication skills and English skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
