Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant for a contract role. This engaging opportunity will allow you to bridge the gap during a transition period within the company. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll systems such as MYOB and Human Force. While initial training will be conducted on-site at Mt Cotton and Nerang head office, there is flexibility to work remotely once training is complete.
What you'll do: Learn and process payroll during a transitional period within the company Utilise strong Excel skills to manage and organise data effectively Work on-site initially for training purposes, with the ability to work remotely thereafter Assist in transitioning the payroll system from weekly to fortnightly payments Operate payroll systems such as MYOB and Human Force efficiently Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Payroll Accountant position brings proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
