Join as a Payments and Fraud Analyst, another member of the growing Payments and Fraud team!
You will research and review transactions to help navigate the ever-evolving landscape of payments and fraud whilst conducting market research to identify payment and fraud trends.Your role with us: Reporting directly to the Payments and Fraud Manager, while also working alongside the Head of Payments for strategic planning, you will bring your expertise to play a critical role in examining the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security of Easygo's online payment platforms.
Through building reports, writing reviews, and analysing patterns and trends across our payment systems, your expertise will be essential for Easygo's future.
You will monitor transactions and make recommendations to the wider Payments & Fraud team all to optimise our payment journey, routing and facilitate the implementation of new or existing payment methods.
Additionally, you will be protecting our business against fraud and chargebacks.
You will also communicate regularly with our internal customer support and product teams to review transactional payments and address any issues with our third-party providers.
